We’re confident in our pricing and always ensure that you receive the best quality and best prices available. However, in the unlikely event that you find one of our competitors offering the same product for less, we would love to hear from you!

To make a claim, simply email us at info@macgregorandmacduff.co.uk with the following details:

• The product
• The retailer and their website address
• The price (including VAT)
• Your contact details

We will then respond to your price match claim within 48 hours.

The following conditions apply to the price match promise.

Conditions of Price Promise:

• The price match promise is valid only on sale items. It does not apply to hires.
• The product offered by the competitors is identical to the one we sell and is offered on the same terms
• The competitor’s product must be in stock and available for delivery immediately
• MacGregor and MacDuff must have the product in stock
• MacGregor and MacDuff representatives are able to confirm the details on the competitor's website or in-store
• Our price promise applies to the product only, not delivery or other services. Prices on MacGregor and MacDuff include VAT where applicable
• The competitor must be a retail store within 30 miles of one of our retail stores or a UK based website that has the ability to take payment
• Due to their nature, auction websites like eBay and marketplaces like Amazon are excluded
• Price matching cannot be used in conjunction with any MacGregor and MacDuff or competitor discounts, offers or promotions
• The competitors price must be available to all customers and excludes any personal discounts
• Typographical pricing errors will not be matched
• This price match promise is subject to change and can be withdrawn at any time
