If you have inherited a MacGregor and MacDuff kilt, we can rejuvenate it for you. Kilts and tartan are a symbol of our past, present and future, holding so many special memories within their pleats. Our repair and alterations service allows you to refresh your beloved kilt, making it ready to wear and create more memories.

Whether your kilt needs hemmed, taken in on the waist or fully remade, our master kiltmakers can restore your tartan treasure to its former glory. Many kilt companies’ handmade kilts are actually only hand-finished and therefore can’t be fully unpicked, our handmade kilts can be fully deconstructed into a single length of tartan. This allows us to craft your kilt again from scratch to your specifications. Our team can resize your inherited kilt as small as you like or increase the size by roughly 5 inches, depending on how much fabric is available. Kilts will only be considered for a refund or a remake if the product has been crafted by MacGregor and MacDuff and is defective due to materials or craftsmanship.
