We use a combination of delivery services. The provider and service used will depend on your location, the size and weight of the products ordered, the value of the goods as well as the service you have selected at checkout (where applicable).
Generally, all domestic deliveries in the UK will be dispatched using either Royal Mail or DPD. International orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail’s International Services, DPD or Parcelforce. Please note that international orders may be passed on to delivery partners in the destination country.
Where applicable, you will receive communication from our delivery partners with a tracking number for your parcel.
Due to the size and value of some orders, many of these will be sent on a tracked service that will require a signature on delivery. Therefore, we always recommend that you enter a delivery address where there is likely to be someone available to receive the parcel.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O Boxes or Aramex addresses due to security reasons. We do deliver to BFPO addresses within our delivery time timescales, however, onward shipment is under the control of the BFPO mailing system. If we experience delays to our advertised delivery times, we will update this information page with up to date information.
