Online Kilt Hire Delivery

Kilt hire delivery is available to all UK Mainland and Northern Ireland customers. We aim to deliver your hire four days before your event date. This gives you enough time to try on your kilt and make sure everything fits properly. If any changes are required, we will then have enough time to send you replacement items before your event.

We use DPD to deliver your hire items and on the day before your hires are due to arrive, you will receive a text from DPD who will provide you with a time slot of when they expect to arrive at your address. DPD are usually great at keeping within their timescales but please allow for some leeway in case there are any delays.

We have four stores in Scotland, two in Glasgow, one in Prestwick and one in Edinburgh. If you prefer, you are able to arrange a collection from any of these stores free of charge. If you do decide to collect your hire, your order will be ready two working days before your event.

Hire Delivery Charges

Hires being shipped to mainland UK addresses are charged at £30. For orders containing more than one outfit, there is an additional charge of £20 for each outfit thereafter. Due to the added logistics cost of shipping to Northern Ireland, hires being sent to NI addresses are charged at £65 for the first outfit and £35 for each for any additional hires. The delivery charge discount for additional hires is only applicable for hires being delivered to the same address.

These delivery charges include the cost of DPD collecting your hires for return back to us. We will let you know the date that DPD will return to collect your hire but unlike your delivery, you won't receive a timeslot. Therefore, it is your responsibility to be available for their collection which could be anytime between 9am and 5pm. Please note that missed collections can result in late return charges.

Kilt Hire Services

You can order your kilt hire for delivery either online or in store. When placing a kilt hire order online, a member of our team will be in touch to confirm your sizes and delivery details. The standard kilt hire term is four days but if you need your outfit for longer, this can be arranged.
