Your online appointment will begin with our stylist asking you a few questions about your highlandwear requirements and personal style preferences. From there they will be able to recommend a few different options. After you have decided on your outfit, they will then show you the different tartans we have available and help you pick the perfect one. During the final portion of your appointment, your stylist will then walk you through the process of getting all the measurements we need to create the perfect fit.

Preparing for your Virtual Appointment

We want to make sure you get the most out of your virtual appointment. In preparation for your video call, we recommend the following;

  • Use a laptop instead of a phone or iPad. While a phone or iPad is fine, a laptop will make things easier for you when it comes to measuring yourself and exploring our website
  • Have a tailor's tape measure handy. These are soft, bendable tape measures that have been designed to measure your body. This will help you take the most accurate measurements
  • Wear thin clothing. A t-shirt and jeans will be best as we want to make sure the measurements you take are as close to your body as possible. Wearing thick clothing could prevent you from taking accurate measurements
  • Find a quiet place to hold your appointment. Excess background noise may make it more difficult for you and your stylist to communicate. Finding a quite place with no distractions will make your fitting appointment a more enjoyable experience
